Lisa joined Colorpak in 2006 and manages the HR team across the business to achieve a productive and stable workforce.
Lisa is an innovative, experienced, passionate and committed HR professional with diverse experience in the entire range of HR practices that ensure a productive and stable workforce. Her track record includes dealing with difficult industrial relations negotiations, setting up HR practices, systems and procedures at Greenfield sites and being the inaugural HR professional in organisations that have grown to the level where that role is required. Lisa joined Colorpak in July 2006 where she has become an integral part of the senior management team. She is responsible for the operational day to day responsibility for the Braeside site and also manages a team of 5 HR managers based at the other Colorpak sites across Australia.
