Ashleigh has a strong background in all aspects of Human Resource management, across a wide range of industries.
Ashleigh completed a double degree in Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) and Bachelor of Business (Tourism, Leisure and Event Management). She received a Dean’s Commendation in recognition of her overall University grades and her commitment to community improvement.
Ashleigh has worked in HR in a variety of industries including Hospitality and Tourism, Trade, Government and Education. This experience enables her to continually think outside of the square to deliver high quality HR practices and strategies.
Her career progression has also enabled her to return back to her University as a Guest Lecturer in Human Resource Management so the students can receive first hand industry knowledge and experience before they move into industry.
Ashleigh has a strong background in change management, policy and procedure development, OH & S, Quality Assurance, Recruitment and Selection, Grievance Management, Training and Development, designing employee recognition programs, remuneration and benefits, performance management and EEO.
