Case Studies

  • Paper Cup Case Study Some of our Customers challenged us to say “Why couldn’t we produce high quality paper cups?”
  • MYOB Mac software range Previously, having a big pack was an important marketing tactic for MYOB, given the need to include large user guides within the carton.
  • Fonterra Mainland cheese sleeve Mainland cheese sleeve was a successful product; however it was labour intensive to pack, which impacted its profitability.

Lindt Department Store Selection

Lindt Department Store Selection

Problem

Lindt have been creating the finest chocolates for over 150 years, but often the purchase decision and brand choice are made in a split second at point of sale. Our challenge was to create packaging that would help Lindt stand out in an increasingly competitive market.

Solution

We went vertical. Instead of the traditional box which lies flat when displayed at retail we created a box that stands upright: on feet. We took away the shrink wrapping to improve the appearance of the pack (introducing tamper locks instead) and then enhanced the consumer experience: replacing the traditional lift-off lid with a two sided hinged lid, with the chocolate descriptions on the inside.

Outcome

Our new look package for Lindt showcases their new global artwork, is easy to pack and gives them a competitive advantage because of its strong point of sale presence.
